Impts.I Bequeath my soul to God that gave it me hopeing by theMerritts of Jesus Christ my redeamer to Inherritt Eternall Lifeand my Body to be __________ where it came to be decently Buriedat the Discretion of my Executor hereafter mentioned. Item: Igive and Bequeath my Bed and Bedstead and Bedclothes? belongingthereto to Elizabeth Jackson my God Daughter. Item: I give andBequeath to Ann Jackson Widow five hundred and fifty pounds ofTobacco Due from Thomas Jackson. Item: I give and bequeath untoMary Thornhill One Barrell of Indican Corn. Item: I give andbequeath unto Thomas Daniell my Comblett? Coatt. Item: I giveand bequeath unto James Craig my old Cloa__s. Item: I give andbequeath Wm. Smith a Stuft Coat. It is my Will and Desire thatthe widow Jackson should be fully satisfied for my board and thetrouble of her and ______ ___ what_______ ______ ____ isrequisite. Item do give to the Widow Blayton halfe a Barrell ofCorn. And I do Ordain constitute and appoint Ann Jackson Widowmy whole and sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testamentto see that all my Desire herein is faithfully Discharged. County on theSecond Tuesday November 1716 being the thirteenth Day of thesaid month. The above written Last Will and Testament of JohnTucker Decd. was Exhibitted into Court by Anne Jackson theExecutrix therein Named who made Oath thereto and it beingproved by the Oaths of Thomas Daniel and Eliza. Jackson ________ is Admitted to Record and a Certificate for Obtaining aprobate of the sd. Will is Ordered to be granted the said AnnJackson Exr. as aforesaid.
